OVERVIEW:
On May 18, 2021, Curatio International Foundation, in partnership with the Learning Network for Countries in Transition (LNCT), held a regional webinar to discuss strategies and challenges related to the roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccine in the LNCT Euro countries – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Uzbekistan. This engagement consisted of country presentations, Q&A session, and regional updates, including anticipated support for COVID-19 vaccine rollout, from global development partners. Each country presented on COVID-19 vaccine rollout progress and challenges including vaccine demand and uptake, financing and vaccine procurement, administration and service delivery, future plans, and support from regional partners.
