Special Event: Immunisation on the Road to Primary Health Care (PHC) and Universal Health Coverage (UHC)

WHAT: Immunisation is a critical component of primary health care (PHC) and offers a clear entry point for multisectoral efforts to strengthen PHC and UHC. During this Special Event, the IA2030 Working Group on Strategic Priority 1 (SP1, Immunisation Programmes for Primary Health Care and Universal Health Coverage) will launch the Immunisation for PHC: Framework for Action that provides examples of good practices from a range of countries and practical actions that immunisation and PHC professionals at all levels of the health system can take.
