Bharat Biotech announced that ROTAVAC® has achieved pre-qualification by the World Health Organization (WHO), making it available for procurement by United Nations agencies and GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, for use in low-resource countries. ROTAVAC is substantially cheaper than current rotavirus vaccines on the global market and will be available at $1/dose.
