Results for Development and its partners have launched a new e-learning module, “Remote Coaching,” as part of The Coaching Approach. The Coaching Approach’s fourth and newest module, “Remote Coaching,” focuses on the skills required to provide technical support and facilitation remotely via virtual engagements. During the pandemic, most forms of technical support have needed to be delivered remotely. But even after the pandemic, remote coaching skills can still be helpful when you design and implement a blended (in-person and virtual) engagement. This module shares good practices and tips for when we cannot be physically present.
