This course will introduce tools and processes to improve facility and district-level implementation of the Reaching Every District strategy. The course highlights recent lessons learned from the implementation of the Reaching Every District using Quality Improvement (RED-QI) approach in Ethiopia and Uganda.
The 4-part training course includes:
Session 1: Overview and introduction to the RED-QI approach
Session 2: Using quality improvement tools to enhance immunization microplanning
Session 3: Engaging non-health stakeholders to improve the planning, implementation, resourcing and monitoring of immunization services
Session 4: Improve the way you problem-solve: an introduction to the fishbone analysis tool and the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle
